What We Stand For
Brown + Co Orthodontics was built on a simple idea: orthodontic care should feel personal in this corporatized world. We treat every patient as an individual, with their own goals, their own concerns, and their own life to fit treatment into. Dr. Brown sees every patient himself, from your first consultation through your final retainer graduation, at both our Chesterfield and St. Charles offices.
We are a privately owned, single-doctor practice by choice. It is what lets us keep our patient relationships close, our care thoughtful, and our standards high. We also invest in the technology that makes orthodontic treatment more comfortable and more predictable, because the best care is the kind that fits comfortably into your life.
Meet Dr. Evan W. Brown, DDS
Dr. Brown believes good orthodontics starts with listening. Every patient gets a careful look at their teeth, their bite, their jaw joints (and even their skull!), and how all of it works together, before any treatment plan is recommended. His background in engineering shapes how he thinks about cases, but what patients tend to notice is something simpler: he takes the time to explain what is happening, answers every question honestly, and treats you like a person, not a case file.

St. Louis is home, and Brown + Co is proud to give back to the families and communities that have supported us. Dr. Brown is an active member of the Greater Saint Louis Dental Society and serves on the MOMOM committee for the Missouri Mission of Mercy, a free dental clinic that has provided care to thousands of underserved patients across the state.
